The staff was very friendly and made sure that you had everything you needed. It was also one of the cleanest motel rooms I've ever stayed at. You're in town for a baseball tournament for my son we saved over $400 by staying here compared to most hotels out there

Only stayed 1 night basically just slept there. It was clean & comfortable. There was an event going on somewhere in Cortland & all other hotels were double & triple the price, so I was very pleased with price & accommodations were good!

It was really nice. The owners were very kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were looking for a clean, safe, quiet, low cost place to spend the night, and this place checked all those boxes. It really was a great place to spend the night!

No breakfast was provided as advertised. The motel was well located, close to interstate 81. The bathroom facilities were very clean. There were lots of extra amenities which we didn't use because we didn't need them.

The motel is no-frills, and that suits us just fine. The facility is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The owners are a lovely family, and quick to respond if there's a need. We've stayed here before and will stay again!

I stop here every year on my way north. Been doing it forever. Perfect stop for me. Always feel welcomed and have never had any complaints theres nothing special about the place but it is a good stopover with a very reasonable price.
